1. About VESSARIQ

VESSARIQ is a U.S.-based human-hair brand based in Atlanta, Georgia. We offer human-hair wigs, bundles, extensions, lace products, and related products to retail customers, stylists, salons, and wholesale buyers.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to make purchases through our website, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, textures, lengths, specifications, and images as accurately as possible.

Because human hair is a natural material, minor variations in texture, color, density, wave pattern, and appearance may occur between individual products. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colors appear online.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • product availability;
  • pricing or listing errors;
  • suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • payment issues;
  • unusually large quantities;
  • resale or commercial activity that has not been approved by VESSARIQ.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees may be added at checkout where required.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and contact information.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed or otherwise approved by VESSARIQ.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or communicated separately for wholesale and special orders.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. VESSARIQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Generally, eligible return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Hair must remain:

  • unused;
  • uninstalled;
  • uncolored;
  • unstyled;
  • with lace uncut;
  • in its original packaging;
  • with original tags and accessories intact.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Incorrect or Defective Products

If you believe you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us before altering, installing, coloring, cutting, or styling the hair.

We may request photographs, video, order information, or other documentation in order to review the issue.

Confirmed defects or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our policies.

9. Wholesale and Professional Orders

Wholesale, stylist, salon, ambassador, partnership, or other commercial orders may be subject to separate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities, shipping arrangements, or written agreements.

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement will control in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the VESSARIQ name, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, text, videos, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to VESSARIQ unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

11. User Submissions

If you send us photographs, reviews, testimonials, messages, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

We will not use customer-created content for marketing purposes beyond the permissions you have provided to us.

Separate ambassador, creator, or partnership agreements may contain additional content usage rights.
