Online checkout currently offers shipping within the United States.

Shipping charges

All U.S. online orders receive free standard shipping, with no minimum order value.

Order preparation and delivery

Orders are processed the same business day (Monday–Friday). Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can affect arrival dates.

Wholesale and larger orders

Contact us to confirm product selection, quantity, availability, preparation time, shipping charges and timing before arranging a wholesale or larger order. Larger orders may require hair to arrive from our manufacturing partner before we dispatch it to you.

Tracking and address help

For tracking or delivery assistance, contact us with your order number. If your delivery address needs correcting, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
