Returns and exchanges

Request a return within 15 days of delivery. Hair must be unused, uninstalled, uncoloured and unstyled, with uncut lace and original packaging, tags and accessories intact.

Start a request

Contact VESSARIQ with your order number, reason and clear photos. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything. We aim to respond within three business days. Send an approved return within five days of receiving instructions, using tracked shipping.

Shipping and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refundable. After inspection and approval, we issue a refund of the amount paid for the returned items to your original payment method within seven business days. Bank processing may take longer.

Incorrect or defective items

Report an incorrect item within 15 days of delivery. Confirmed quality defects are reviewed beyond this period. Send photos or video before altering the hair. For confirmed faults or incorrect items, we cover relevant return or replacement shipping and arrange a refund or exchange.
